Who we are
Doula Website Co is a trading name of Rabblepop Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17361712), registered office 320 Firecrest Court, Centre Park, Warrington, WA1 1RG. We are the controller of the information described here.

What we collect, and why

Card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout. They never reach us. When Stripe brings you back to our site after paying, our server asks Stripe whether that payment went through, so we can confirm it to you. If you have accepted analytics cookies, the payment is also counted in Google Analytics, with no details about you.
Testimonials and stories about the families you work with are processed on your behalf, as your website provider, under the Data Processing Agreement in our Terms of Service. You are responsible for having those families' permission.
Cookies
doulawebsites.co sets a cookie to remember your cookie choice, which is strictly necessary, and — only with your consent — analytics cookies from Google Analytics. It sets no advertising cookies.
You choose in the banner shown on your first visit, where Accept and Reject are offered equally, and you can change your mind at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Rejecting analytics cookies does not affect your use of the site.
Google Analytics. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how people use this
site: which pages are visited, how people arrive, and what device they use. It sets cookies
(_ga, and _ga_ followed by an ID) that last up to two years. Google processes this information
for us and may transfer it to the United States, under the UK's data bridge or standard
contractual safeguards. We keep analytics data for 14 months. Google Analytics does not run unless
you press Accept, and you can change your mind at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom
of every page, which also deletes these cookies.

The two Google Analytics cookies are only set if you accept analytics cookies. The last three are
only set in the staff area at /admin, which is behind a login. We don't use Google Analytics for
advertising or to build profiles across other websites.
When you pay, you are taken to Stripe's checkout page, which sets its own cookies to process the payment securely and prevent fraud.
Error monitoring. If something on this site breaks, Sentry, our error monitoring service, records what went wrong: the page, your browser and device type, and the technical details of the error. This is how we find and fix faults. It sets no cookies. Sentry processes this for us in the European Union and keeps it for 30 days.

Plus our accountant, and our insurer or legal advisers where needed. We never sell your information.
When we host your website. When we host a doula's website, we handle the personal information in it, such as the enquiries people send through it, on that doula's behalf, and the doula's own privacy notice covers it. The companies we use for that are listed on our sub-processors page.
Transfers outside the UK. Some of these providers process information outside the United Kingdom. For the European Union we rely on the UK's adequacy regulations. For the United States we rely on the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or on the International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses, as each provider's data processing terms set out. You can ask us for details of the safeguards that apply.

Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, have it corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, or ask us to stop sending emails. Email zeki@rabblepop.com — we respond within one month, free of charge.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
